Fun and Fine Dining at Sakae Sushi

Tuesday, February 24, 2009
A famous saying that goes "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper" is not true when your dinner is with sushi foods. Obviously, sushi foods make your dinner very rich. These types of foods are prepared in different manners. All you need is a little amount of courage to try all the different types of sushi items. Then you fill find tasty sushi foods that you'll like and even a healthy one. Unless you're living in a cave, then you can't eat sushi foods. In a modern world like we live in now, you can find sushi restaurants everywhere since it was spread out in the western countries. But you don't have to go that far to find the best.

Because Singapore's famous sushi place hops in to Manila bringing its famous kaiten dining experience.

Not your usual Japanese restaurant, Sakae Sushi redefines fun and fine dining with its pilot two level restaurant in Crescent West Park in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City and uber chic Mall of Asia store in Pasay City.

Both stores showcase the kaiten or conveyor belt that strategically passes through booths and counters carrying freshly prepared sushi, maki, and sashimi that ready to be picked and enjoyed. Food in purple plates come at a delicious price of P39, yellow plates at P59, green plates at P79, and red plates for only P99.

Conveyor Belt

From 2:00 to 6:00 pm everyday, Sakae Sushi goes on an all out all you can eat buffet. For the 4-hour treat, adults eat for P349, senior citizens at P299, and kids for only P199.

If u want more than what is offered on the conveyor belt, browse through the menu to order a wide array of tempura, temaki, donburi, teppanyaki, ramen and udon choices.

Sakae Sushi also boasts of machines that facilitate the sushi-making process: sushi washer, mixer, and sushi robot. These ensure that product cleanliness, quality, and consistency are maintained. To add to the health benefits of eating Japanese food, the sushi rice in Sakae Sushi is enriched with Vitamin E.

Sakae Sushi, and its green frog logo, is a popular sight in Singapore with close to 30 outlets spread out in the city-state. It is located in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and now the Philippines.

Head on today at Sakae Sushi!
