YES MAN Movie Press Screening

| Yes, it's my second Movie Press Screening for this month of January. The "YES MAN" by Jim Carrey. The Press Screening was held at Glorietta 4 Cinema 3 last January 13, 2009. Again, thanks to Ms. Sionee Lagman of Warner Bros. Pictures for the 2 tickets and cocktail dinner for us, and of course Azrael, our event coordinator, whew! As expected, the movie was a blast. The event were attended by movie bloggers, press, movie analysts and sports analysts. I saw Mr. Bill Velasco again, he was also present at the Benjamin Button Movie Press Screening last January 5, 2009. A very funny movie , very good wholesome of humour. Did I enjoy the movie? YES!!! From now on I will be the Yes Woman!!!  Chris, Monique and Ed   Synopsis Carl Allen's (Jim Carrey) life is going nowhere--the operative word being "no"--until he signs up for a self-help program based on one simple covenant: say yes to everything--and anything. Thing is, it works. Bungee jumping? Yes. A quick hummer by his over-sexed septuagenarian neighbor (Fionnula Flanagan)? Uh yes? Carl's newfound, agreeable self gains him more than he ever imagined. He even finds the love of his life, a kooky musician/amateur photographer named Allison (Zooey Deschanel). Unleashing the power of "YES" begins to transform Carl's life in amazing and unexpected ways, getting him promoted at work and opening the door to a new romance. But, his willingness to embrace every opportunity might just become too much of a good thing.
