Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta and Parmesan-Crusted Sicilian Quesadillas at T.G.I. Friday's

I was invited by a friend for a tete-a-tete last week. When eating in a restaurant, the first 2 things that I consider are (1) good food, which consist the presentation and the taste, and (2) the ambience of the place that gives me a peaceful conversation with my friend. For me, the perfect place that falls to those categories is TGIF, but of course with the approval of my friend and so we went. I've been there for several times so I'm quite familiar with the servings and I do like it which made me keep coming back to try new ones. I wanted to share with you this recipe that my friend and I have tried. Just don't salivate on them, heheheh... Creamy Alfredo sauce bathes al dente fettuccine pasta ribbons. All topped off with juicy chicken and shrimp–sautéed with red bell peppers in special Cajun butter–finished with Parmesan shavings.
My favorite, yummy! Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta Flour tortilla is packed with sautéed chicken, sausage, bruschetta marinara, bacon and oozing with Monterey Jack cheese. Coat it with Parmesan and pan–fry it to a crispy, golden brown, then drizzle it with balsamic glaze. Parmesan-Crusted Sicilian Quesadillas HAPPY HEARTS DAY EVERYONE!!! Labels: Food |
