Yehey! It's Super Bowl
Tuesday, December 9, 2008
I like Chinese food. Well, I do have a Chinese blood so I've been eating Chinese food since young, and I like it. It's always my favorite food, though I like some other food, too. Some of the food could keep you healthy, and they are delicious. And also, Chinese food always have a good look which make you slobbery. They put a lot of spices that make the food really delicious and mouth watering and I enjoy the variety of vegetables and the noodles are simply scrumptious!
So after our photo ops at La Mesa Eco-Park, my group went straight to Super Bowl of China, Trinoma as Yehey! treated once again the bloggers last December 2. Kudos to Yehey! Super Bowl of China - serves yet another set of delicious treats beginning December 1, 2008. Crispy Mandarin Chicken - made of boneless chicken fillets fried to a golden brown crisp, drenched in a light and mildly spiced Chinese Sauce, and served with Taiwan petchay on the side, is a must-have.
Seafood Chopsuey - cooked witthh assorted fresh garden vegetables with black and mixed mushrooms sauteed with fish fillet, shrimp and other seafood. Lechon Macau - deep-fried crispy pork belly cutlets seasoned with select Chinese spices served with Hoisin sauce on the side. Tao Sa Pao - a sweet treat of fried siopao dough with black bean cream filling. Also try the restaurant’s all-time favorite fare this holiday season such as the Deep Fried Cuttlefish with Spicy Salt, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Hunan Tofu, Crispy Shrimp w/ Sweet & Sour Sauce, Fish Fillet with Taosi Sauce, Sweet and Sour Pork, Honey Glazed Pork Ribs, Sliced Beef with Brocolli, Szechuan Shrimp, Golden Shanghai Chicken, Steamed Fish Fillet w/ Garlic, assorted dimsum, roasts, rice toppings, and desserts.
